The Ring of O is cylindrical in shape, with a threaded section at the bottom for attachment and a mount for the ring at the top. This cylinder measures approximately 7 mm in height and has a diameter of around 5 mm. The outer diameter of the Ring of O is 18 mm, with a thickness of about 2 mm. The brilliant diamond, measuring 0.14 ct and of FW/SI quality, is also set in 18-karat white gold (750). The setting's diameter is approximately 4 mm, and a threaded mechanism is located at the bottom for securing the diamond.
