This 750/000 yellow gold clamp ball has a diameter of just under 5 mm and a drop-shaped zirconia, also in 750/000 yellow gold, is attached as a pendant.
You are free to choose a different measurement of the clamp ball as well a different stone.
In the version with a piercing ring, it is made of 750/000 yellow gold. The inner diameter measures approximately 15 mm, and the bar thickness is 1.6 mm.
