We have crafted this septum piercing with 15 treated black diamonds in brilliant cut. The piercing is made in 18-karat white gold (750/000).

Each of the 15 brilliant-cut diamonds has been individually hand-set with 4 prongs. This setting creates the illusion of a continuous band of stones. The total weight of the 15 diamonds is 0.07 ct.

This septum piercing is designed as a clicker. The piercing bar is attached on one side with a hinge that allows only upward movement, and it securely clicks into place on the other side. The bar thickness can be either 1.2 mm or 1.6 mm.

The inner distance, i.e., the length of the piercing bar, is approximately 8.5 mm. The standard outer width is about 12.5 mm.
